Easy Poker Simulator Provides Virtual Entertainment

Author: David Huber

For beginning online poker players or those who would like to learn about the basics of poker without any real money commitment or time constraints, PokerSoftware member "JRS" has created Easy Poker Simulator, a program that is free to download and tweak to your individual preferences in order to enjoy the game in a no-pressure environment.

The application offers a single-table presentation similar to what online poker pros would call a hand history replayer, but the information can be customized to play against programmed statistical players. You can choose to play one hand at a time or simulate a number of hands.

Easy Poker Simulator is absolutely free to download and, although support is not included, it can still provide quite a bit of entertainment to a beginning poker player or someone who is not familiar with the rules of the game. You can even label your opponents and make up their names.

Even seasoned online pros will enjoy a break from the grueling demands of constantly making decisions and analyzing statistical data. With Easy Poker Simulator, program your own locally run "flipament" and sit back and watch the simulator do the rest.

Instead of tilting off a significant portion of your bankroll, give Easy Poker Simulator a whirl and laugh when your pocket aces get cracked by any number of random hands.

Features include the ability to train by seeing two opponent hands at the same time while cards are being dealt and the ability to view the cards remaining in the deck in a particular hand. Get together with a couple of friends and exchange advice on what the best action would be with pocket jacks facing an all-in pre-flop raise. Then, run a number of simulations to see the eventual results. The results are all in good fun and for entertainment purposes only, as there are no real money statistical analysis tools that would influence live action at a real poker table.

There are a number of options available for those who download it, and the application comes in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Up to eight players can be simulated at a time and you can even choose to go heads-up. The ability to select the number of seats occupied can be accessed through the program's menu. Once all of the virtual players are seated, you can run one or multiple simulations depending on your preferences.

In the PokerSoftware forum thread, Easy Poker Simulator creator “JRS” made reference to the work he put into the application, saying he has "enjoyed the challenge" from a developer's prospective. He also added that there are still a lot of improvements to be made and that the task of programming and implementing updates is a job he's performing solo. The simulator is created in Visual Basic, but “JRS” has also taken time to learn Java in order to update the application down the road.

And you never gave us the specifics on your winnnig trades, Kelvin. Does that mean that they were losers, also?Gads, you are dense. Besides your poor reading comprehension and spelling abilities, your illogic is appalling. Additionally, your homoerotic fixation is disgusting. First, you project your fascination with touching yourself onto me, then you want to mention your short. Fag. Not there's anything wrong with your gaytardedness, but damn, you don't have to advertise it amongst real men. Someone called kelvin a dirt bag and I asked who kelvin was. And I told you who Kelvin was, gaytard. What do you not grok here, Kelvin? Seems fairly (you might read that as fairy, with your lack of reading comprehension skillz) straight (you might be offended by heteronormal references such as straight can't help you there, cornholio) forward to normal folk. Seriously, you are a noob at this venture. I guarantee (note: has nothing to do with gayness look up the etymology yourself, nancyboy) that you've never made enough from trading to live a month. The I Touch Myself Kelvin bot doth protest too much. Plus, he has no skillz outside of gaydar and interior decorating. Stocks? Yeah, not so much. Whatever.

Agree with you here Pete, DT seems far undervalued as that is the first line of defnsee vs a strong running attack. And if you can't stop the run, you can't win (see Eagles vs Saints). AND, how is wide rcvr valued higher than RB ?? How many games did we see this year where RB took over the game and won almost singlehandedly, vs WR doing the same ???Captain

Read your article on the July 28 edioitn of appledaily (and I agree with you). Interesting blog.I'm not a Texas hold'em expert by any stretch of imagination, but I like watching WPT, so here are my observations...1) Your $50 raise pre-flop was a bit low for $20 blind. Pocket Aces and Kings are sometimes hard to play. On one hand, you want to scare the weaker hands away, but you don't want to scare everyone away and end up taking the small pot either. Nonetheless, 2 1/2 times blind is a cheap call for someone with a suited connector or something similar - like Mr. B - to see the flop. Had you raised $100 or $200, I'm very sure you wouldn't have seen the flop and would have taken the pot right there.2) Post flop, you seemed to have discounted the possibility of Mr. B holding pocket 2's, 9's, 10's, and particularly 2 cards to make an open-ended straight draw. However, you didn't really make a mistake in raising $1000; IMHO, Mr.B was loose calling your raise with nothing but a flush draw.3) With an 8 coming out of the turn and Mr.B moving all-in, my gut reaction was that he was holding JQ (clubs or off suit), and you would have been drawing dead on the river. Knowing what Mr.B was holding, I gave him credit for going all-in. That was definitely a gutsy move with an open-ended straight draw and a flush draw.I don't think you had done anything terribly wrong. Yeah, you should have raised a little more pre-flop, and perhaps if you'd considered the possibility of Mr.B making a straight at the turn, you might not have called. But these kind of cards happen all the time even with professional players. I've seen player winning pots with one and only one out card at the river. This is still a game of chance. http://enukkd.com ikdrxk [link=http://pkpankk.com]pkpankk[/link]

I know how you feel. Life has thrown me some curve balls over the years. Hang in there! Life plnnaing is a must when you have a child coursing through life with you. It's unfortunate that she has to experience the turmoil too. But as mothers we have to do what we can uplift them and protect her from the unnecessary info she doesn't need to know. Don't let her know when things are going wrong. You don't want her stressing at a young age. I can't stress that enough. My mom struggled with me and it affected me as a child. I cried myself to sleep nights that my mom didn't even know or hear me. I felt like a life long burden to her. Worse feeling in the world. If you have to go back to school and collect unemployment do that. There should be free programs out there if you google in your area.

Online Poker is definitely reggid! I just lost a few bucks at Everest Poker. One guy goes all-in like 6 or 7 times? in a row, each but 2 times everbody folds, he wins the other hands: Q6 and 47 against A6 (hits a Q) and with 47 against my AK (hits a 4). After that I got KK after a significant raise comes the flop: 689 looks nice for me, I go all in, what happens: The guy has 7-10 on his hand. Question: Who for Fs sake raises such a weak hand? And wins with a flopped straight? Makes you think. http://sgbbcmxq.com geahkdrzv [link=http://suirtmaa.com]suirtmaa[/link]

They have those at all the strip casinos. It is the best intnveion that the casino has put in so they can make more money. People think there is a pattern when there are just random events so they bet more than if they did not think there was a pattern. http://uqvavvb.com qqjjxjjdqh [link=http://pxpydbzf.com]pxpydbzf[/link]

Brokers. Quotes Chimp often use the terms "insurance agent" and "insurance broker" as if they were interchangeable. They are not. An agent has a contract with one or more insurance companies and represents the company. The broker represents the buyer. The broker's job is to search among all insurance companies in the market and find the best policy and price for the client. Brokers are paid by commission from the insurance company. However, the price of the commission is included in the premium you pay (as is true with agents). Brokers are licensed and often will work with company agents to purchase the insurance or will sometimes order it directly. Since brokers represent the buyer, they may be more willing to fight for the client than agents who are tied contractually to the companies they represent.
