The developers at PokerTracker have been spending quite a bit of time in 2012 implementing a new concept. As of June, PokerTracker's new Community feature has gone live and is fully available for all PokerTracker 4 customers. This new Community feature will go a long way toward synchronizing many aspects of PT customer service and support while giving current users a chance to enjoy the benefits of it free of charge. At the moment, PokerTracker Community is only available for PokerTracker 4.
Going through the new Community interface, we find a layout that is clean, crisp, and easy to use. Basically, it is what you'd expect from one of the world's leading online poker software programs and services, allowing PT4 users to access a number of options and organize information seamlessly.
The Community area integrates technical support, poker news, forums, and the PT4 download warehouse all in one. This can be especially useful for maintaining all key information in one place without having to visit several portals or open up a number of windows in order to obtain what you are seeking.
PokerTracker 4 hails this new feature as the first poker application to have such a large variety of guides, training, downloadable customizations, and technical support all integrated directly into your online poker environment. Best of all, PT4 users will likely agree that the interface is very easy to use and shouldn't be intimidating at all.
In order to access the Community portal, PokerTracker 4 software customers will need to click on the "Community" button on the top left-hand corner of their PT4 application. The service is free for PT4 users.
For our loyal PokerSoftware readers, many of you know that we have been providing a number of updates related to PokerTracker 4, which remains in Beta while online poker players continue to try out the software and submit feedback to the development team. The commercial release of PT4 is a highly anticipated event given the massive number of PokerTracker customers worldwide and could occur within the next couple of months.
Meanwhile, a slew of improvements have been made not only to the PT4 Beta version, but also to the PokerTracker 3 commercial product that is currently available for purchase worldwide.
The pricing for PokerTracker for No Limit Hold'em is a one-time fee of $89.99 for a full license that works for all stakes. For micro-stakes, the cost is $44.99. PokerTracker 3 for Omaha players also costs $89.99 for the full version and $44.99 for the micro-stakes software. If new customers are interested in buying PokerTracker for both Texas Hold'em and Omaha, they can do so for $144.98 (full version) or $74.98 (micro-stakes).
