 Help
I am new to holdem Manager, been using PT3, my problem is that when i imported saved hands from my PT3 processed file from bodog the infomation did import correctly.It has my $, EV etc wrong. but when i do the hand replay, from the hands with the missing info. it replays correctly. not sure what to do, to add the missing info. any help would be great.... I tried reimporting the hands..

You should definitely contact Holdem Manager support ( support@holdemmanager.net). They are quite responsive and should be able to help you out.

i tried them, and they were no help. I am using the trial version to see how it is vs PT3. I play mostly for cash on bodog and want the best program for that site. It seems like most programs are geared for FTP or pokerstars, i have accounts there but the donkey play there is unbelieveable, so i avoid them usually. I am ready to make a major investment toward the software to improve my game, ie.. PT3 or similiar, table tracker, leak buster.... etc and don't want to regret it. I want an unbias take on the software so I figured come to the guys who do the reviews. If this is a flaw with Holdem manager, then there isn't any reason to try it.
