FPP Plus Pro Synopsis

FPP Pro Plus is a Windows-based program that answers all of the “What if” questions when it comes to playing poker at PokerStars. If you are on any sort of VPP run or even chasing SuperNova status, then this tool will give you all of the information to know how many hands it will take to get the job done.

The folks at FPP Pro are famous for posting information for people trying to earn SuperNova status on PokerStars.  FPP Pro Plus is a free software program that answers any and all “What if” scenarios when thinking about your personal VPP chase.  Looking to make a certain VIP level by a particular date?  Pop in the variables and the program will not only tell you how long it will take, but will also break it down by the number of hands needed at all levels and whether you want to play six- or nine-handed.

The first tab is called “Hands Calculation / Hours Required,” which does the quick task of figuring out how many hands and how much time it’ll take to get to a VPP goal.  Simply put in your needed VPP goal, hit “Run Report,” and you’ll be given a breakdown of all No Limit and Fixed Limit levels, starting at 10nl, along with how many hands you’ll need to play at six-max and full ring tables to accomplish the goal:



You can also put in the “Hours Required,” which will ask you for your VPP goal amount, stakes, number of tables you play, and hours per day you want to play.  Once that’s entered, hit “Calculate” and the program will tell you how many total hours and total days you’ll need to put in to get the job done.

The “Multi-Tabling Analysis” tab lets you take a look at your potential income level given certain variables.  Enter your stakes, number of tables you play, VIP status, game type, and win-rate (located inside “Report Settings”) and the report will tell you your income broken down by the number of tables you play.  This can mean quite a wakeup call to add tables and know what your actual hourly wage is playing poker when you add in your VIP rewards.

There is plenty more to see and do within the program including tabs for “FPP Calculator / Custom VPP Race,” “MTT & SNG RB / VPP Accumulation Pace,” and “Support”.  All of these tabs answer more of those interesting “What if” questions you might have about the VIP system at PokerStars and what you might be able to make if you step up your game:



For $0, this simulation software is a no-brainer for serious PokerStars players that need to understand all that goes into chasing VIP levels and keeping yourself on a solid pace.  It’s also great for checking your game and understanding what cutting back or adding tables might do to your bottom line.  In a nutshell, even if you are just a recreational player, FPP Pro Plus is a fun and interesting program to use.
