Online Holdem Inspector Synopsis
With Online Hold'em Inspector, you input opponents' info (or import hand histories from Poker Tracker) and let the software do the rest. Crisp voice-overs tell you which action to take on a specific table while real-time stats give you all the statistical information you could ask for. Online Hold'em Inspector is a great learning tool for beginning players.
Online Holdem Inspector Full Review
Online Hold'em Inspector provides a beginning poker player with all he or she needs to learn the fundamentals of poker. This is a downloadable program that works in combination with an online table of your choice to provide statistical information along with betting advice. You simply open up a table and then (if you'd like), input your opponents' tendencies. Online Hold'em Inspector also has the ability to import hand histories from PokerTracker in real-time, allowing the program to base its ranges on actual opponent stats instead of player-based generalizations:
The interface contains an uncommon option that allows a user to randomize a specific action. For example, if you would like to bluff in 15% of overall situations and reach a point where you're considering a bluff, you can click on the Poker Inspector interface and receive a number from 1-100 (1-15 = bluff, 16-100 = do not bluff). This feature can be used for calling and betting as well.
Online Hold'em Inspector can be highly useful in decreasing the learning curve of poker. However, you can only use the program for one table at a time (although you can manually switch back and forth between two tables). It should not be considered a substitute for PAHUD or similar programs that are capable of real-time stats for 8+ tables at once.
* Also available for 7-Card Stud
Respectfully, I have many issues with the review of Online Poker Inspector. I could address them individually, but honestly there are quite a lot, so many in fact, that you may have missed the most sophisticated odds calculator, simulator, and yes bot currently available. I have been using and developing profiles for OPI and its latest incarnation, Online Tournament Inspector, for about 10 years. I am also a major poster on their forum under the name of Jester. I also sell profiles for the program, and obviously am not impartial If you have time, I’d like to give you a tour of the latest product. I think you will be very impressed. As for the detractor who previously posted, it is too bad that he had a bad experience, but I can assure everyone that they are not thieves. I have posted some highlights on youtube http://youtu.be/mzjrM0Z0DG8?hd=1 Tom
I purchase 2.x. According to the license agreement, you get unlimited version 2.x upgrades. However, I've been trying to contact customer service for months to get my upgrade, and they will not respond. Basically, they've stolen my money and will not provide the 2.x upgrade per the license agreement. STAY AWAY from this company, they are thieves.
