Holdem Indicator Adds Heads-Up Display

The popular program Holdem Indicator tracks hand histories at all of the major online poker sites and shows your win odds, pot odds, and outs.  It will also display EV and Sklansky Group ratings for your hole cards.  This helps you understand your opponents’ playing styles and you can even run the program while waiting for a table to queue up stats before you sit down.  The program is aimed at novice players to help them understand potentially complicated poker theories like pot odds and poker statistics.

Holdem Indicator continuously releases updates to reflect the constant evolving needs of poker players as well as keep up with updates released from sites.  The team at Holdem Indicator believes that the program offers the most flexible layout possible.

The first of the view options is “Horizontal,” which shows a traditional window that is elongated to the bottom (or top) of your poker table window.  The second option is the “Vertical” view, which sorts the data from top to bottom and attaches to the side of your window.  The “Minimal” window is a very small edition of the horizontal piece that is perfect for multi-tablers.  There’s also the “Pop-Out Profile Grid” mode that brings up a big box with a ton of information inside of it.  Finally, there’s a “Resizeable” mode that adapts to the size of your window.

Due to the enormous number of requests from users, the programmers at Holdem Indicator have added a Heads-Up Display (HUD).  All of the stats stored within Holdem Indicator are available within the HUD and you can configure which ones are included.  Some of the stats you can put in your HUD include VPIP (Voluntarily Put Money into the Pot), PFR (Pre-Flop Raise Percentage), Number of Hands, Aggression Factor, and EV (Expected Value).  The HUD can be used with the main window display.

You can hide the main window if you find the HUD stats to be redundant.  You can also roll your mouse over the HUD to get the “full story,” which brings up another window that gives a comprehensive set of stats for each player at the table.  There are even ability and position options and the popular profile icons that auto-rate players based on their play can be displayed within the HUD as well.  You can also switch between session and historical data at the click of a button.

The HUD feature is a free upgrade for all existing Holdem Indicator users.  The program works with all major online poker sites.  The HUD is available for PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, and PartyPoker and will be available for more sites very soon.

The program supports multiple game tables at the same time and you can launch up to 20 instances of Holdem Indicator at the same time.  Each of the Holdem Indicator windows will work with each table independently.  The program is currently PC-Windows only.
