Multi Table Manager Released

We all know that the more tables you open, the potential income per hour goes up, assuming you keep yourself at an optimum level of play.  Adding tables takes time, but it also takes the help of several different utilities.  Many of the super grinders out there, such as Randy “Nanonoko” Lew, who has earned the SuperNova Elite status on PokerStars for three years in a row, say that using the right tools is a big part of their success.

A new program that can potentially help multi-tabling grinders is Multi Table Manager, which combines the advantages of stacking and tiling into a single package.  The program contains two parts, the stack and the tile (or grid).  At the beginning, all of the tables are moved to the stack and when action is required at a table, it is moved to the tile on a free slot.  If the tile is full, the table waits until a slot is free.  When a user completes the action, the table is moved back to the stack and the cycle repeats.

The program supports tables at Full Tilt Poker and also accommodates multi-monitor use if you have that set up.  The program supports mods for Full Tilt Poker much like the ones you would see at TiltBuster.com.  Finally, Multi Table Manager supports all games on the site like multi-table tournaments, sit and gos, and cash games.  The program does not detect tables that you are sitting out on, but that feature will be supported in the near future.

The program also doesn’t automatically detect when you bust out of a tournament and in cash games you can overcome this issue by making sure your auto rebuy option is set properly.  Currently, Multi Table Manager is in beta and open for everyone to try out for free.

Stated on the TwoPlusTwo forums where the official support thread for the program resides, the program has potential support for both Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars.  The programmer of Multi Table Manager, known online as “nh4no3,” said that he wants the program to handle tables from both sites simultaneously.  He also stated that he’ll add support for as many online poker sites as possible and is working on PokerStars, PartyPoker, and iPoker, in that order.

For those of you trying out the program and having trouble with the setup and calibration, “nh4no3” made a YouTube video where you can see the process take place and properly set up your computer.  The video is a little more than four minutes long and shows how to set up the program and then shows it running.

Multi Table Manager has gained some support on the forums and is up to five pages’ worth of responses on TwoPlusTwo.  The support for PokerStars is expected sometime around September 4th, give or take a few days.  The downloadable ZIP file is under 1 MB in size, so downloading the program will take up minimal resources.  Currently, Multi Table Manager only works on a Windows operating system environment and is completely free to test out.
