With the recent release of Poker Office Version 5.75, new improvements and features have been added that have greatly enhanced the hand history tracking program’s functionality.  These include an announcement for French Players operating on the Winamax.fr poker client, as Poker Office now supports it.

For users on Full Tilt Poker, the list of new features is highlighted by the fact that Poker Office Version 5.75 provides support for Rush Poker cash games and tournaments.  Getting information on players at Rush Poker tables can be exceptionally difficult given the speed of the game.  The new Poker Office version offers instant updates to your HUD, as well as the built-in poker calculator, providing for much easier decision-making at the Rush Poker tables.

The new software update also added transparent icons to the Poker Office HUD.  The HUD icons now are fully transparent, making the overlay not only more aesthetically appealing, but it also eliminates the bulky areas that can pollute the table from other programs’ HUD displays.  The new HUD icons allows a clear line of sight to more of the table, but still show all of the key statistics that players rely upon for their HUDs.

And speaking of statistics, Poker Office Version 5.75 added five new statistical categories:

1) Donk Bet % - This statistic gauges the percentage of the time that a player bets into the aggressor while out of position.  For example, say you raise pre-flop in position and receive a call from an opponent who had limped into the pot.  If on the flop your opponent bets into you, their Donk Bet % will increase.  This is a key statistic to track when deciding how to respond to players who frequently use the unusual Donk Bet strategy.

2) Squeeze % - A squeeze play is a pre-flop raise in the face of an open raise and one or more callers.  Several players use a squeeze play to take down medium-sized pots without resistance because, generally speaking, the initial raiser is the only player that would have a strong enough hand to play against a squeeze bet.

3) Bet to Missed Continuation Bet % - This is a vital statistic that measures a player’s aggression post-flop.  If you raise out of position, receive a call from a player in position, and then decide to check the flop, many players will make a continuation bet.  This statistic will help evaluate how to react once a player bets after you have decided against making a continuation bet.

4) Bet When Checked to % - This stat simply calculates the percentage of time a player bets once action is checked to them.  Basically, it can be used to easily detect how often a player is likely to bet once you show weakness in a hand.  When the Bet When Checked to % is high, check-raises begin to become an optimal strategy.

5) Tournament “M” Value – Popularized by Dan Harrington in his famous “Harrington on Hold’em Series,” the Tournament “M” statistic divides your current stack size by the cost of paying the blinds and antes.  The calculation indicates how many orbits you can afford to play and helps to play hands of certain value in specific ways.  Now, you can view the “M” of every player at the table without having to calculate it yourself.
