Poker Memento, the free Poker Replayer for Windows and Android devices that allows you to share animated videos of real action with friends, followers, and subscribers, released its most recent version (2.1.3) on Friday, June 8. The staff at PokerMemento has been busy publishing a number of updated versions in recent months, making this software even more powerful and useful for online poker players around the world.

To begin with, Version 2.1.3 added a command to search for the last ten imported cash games or tournaments. This function will give PokerMemento users an easy method to backtrack and look for recently added games or tournaments without needing to manually search for the information. A second improvement in the latest version is the ability to search for games by their number when it relates to tournaments. This means a PokerMemento user can access a particular animated hand history by typing in the specific game number.

Other fixes for the newest version include the intermittent bug that caused Twitter logins to fail. Users will no longer run into the issue of having their Twitter account not log in when attempting to share a PokerMemento hand history, as this has been fixed. The Twitter fix is particularly important, as the integration was not functioning properly due to a number of API changes that were made by Twitter. However, now users can again Tweet about their games directly from the PokerMemento software.

Upload and game dates are now sorted correctly within the game list, making it even easier to scroll back and access past hand histories that were uploaded. Links in MOTD dialog are now redirected to the default browser in Version 2.1.3.

For online poker players who have yet to hear about or use PokerMemento, the program can take hand histories from a number of poker sites and publish them in video form to share on YouTube, Twitter, MSN/ICQ, and Facebook.

Thanks to a recently released feature, published material now hides real player screen names. For example, instead of an actual screen name being shown when the hand is animated, the names will appear as "Under the Gun," "Cutoff," "Hero," "Small Blind," "Big Blind," etc. This feature directly addresses concerns about protected hand history information and results in PokerMemento users not having to concern themselves with possibly breaking the Terms of Service of online poker sites like PokerStars.

The great thing about PokerMemento, besides the fact that it is free, is that you can immediately transcribe a text-based hand history and place it in video form with a click of your mouse. Being able to share information instantly via Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube in video form, with actual chip stacks, can be an extremely valuable service not only for players, but also for fans of poker who are interested in keeping up with high-stakes action or how their favorite players are doing.

Thanks to the PokerMemento development team's constant updates, users can expect a free product that will continue to enhance its features and functionality. You can even replay hand histories in full screen mode and view game statistics. Plus, this tool can be used for practically any online poker network. All you have to do is import your hand histories and PokerMemento will do the rest. Currently, this software is only available for Windows or Android.
