Coming soon to Holdem Manager 2 is an all-new HUD Repository. As HM2 officials put it, "2014 is shaping up to be a monster year at Holdem Manager," and the Repository will be one of the first pieces of the puzzle. Let's see what the fuss is about.

Starting soon, you'll be able to easily share, browse, and download Holdem Manager 2 HUDs with the click of a mouse. Four categories of HUDs will be showcased in the Repository: cash games, tournaments, most downloaded, and highest rated. For each HUD, you'll see a preview screen shot that's automatically generated, the name of the HUD, the number of downloads it has received, and its user rating. There's also a link to see more details.

Clicking on a HUD opens a new page that allows you to preview its stats in text form or mouse over the stats to view what they are, preview HUD pop-ups, rate the HUD, and download the HUD. A description of each HUD is given and it's pretty helpful to see all of the stats written out so you can understand exactly what numbers you're looking at.

If you want to contribute a HUD to HM2's Repository, the process should be pretty straightforward. According to text found on HM2's website, "All you have to do is export your HUD from HM2 and upload it to the HUD Repository. Enter your username and e-mail. Once you've done that, provide a name and description of your HUD along with the game type, table type, and table size. Attach your HUD and click the 'Submit HUD' button.  Once we approve your HUD, it will be added to the HUD Repository."

There's a step-by-step overview of the process given on HM2's website if you get confused once the feature is rolled out. As we said, Holdem Manager will automatically generate a preview of the HUD to the Repository for you, so there should be very little legwork required on your end. The Repository will be completely free and is just another reason to purchase one of the top poker tracking programs around.

In other news, Holdem Manager 2 recently added a new-look hand viewer that, according to its website, makes it "easy to read hands when playing at the tables. It's more compact like the HM1 hand viewer, but delivers a ton of new features."

Holdem Manager 2 runs $99.99 for the Professional version, $159.99 for the Pro Combo Holdem and Omaha version, and $59.99 for the Small-Stakes version. Buy it now.
