If you play poker tournaments, you are probably well aware of the many differences compared to cash games. This is why if you are looking to improve how you play tournaments, you may want to consider a poker training site that focuses solely on tournaments and not on other games.

In comes Tournament Poker Edge. Its stable of instructors is very impressive and has a long-list of successful professional poker players that have gotten it done time and time again. Additionally, they are great at explaining their mindset on what are the right plays and strategy in many different situations.

In a six-part series that shouldn't be missed, Daniel "DannyN13" Noseworthy breaks down how he made it to the final table of the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up.  The opening videos start off with the early stages of the game when it is important to start building a stack.

Many concepts are covered in the series including how he uses his HUD to understand more about his opponent and reacts accordingly. Regardless of whether you play the Sunday Warm-Up on a regular basis or play in other big-field tournaments, this video is full of tips to help you improve the next time you play.

Another video series that is just wrapping up is the seven-part "Progressive and Regular Knockout Live Sweat with Matthew 'theginger45' Hunt."  What's cool about this video series is that Hunt actually records himself in live time and so you can see his reactions in the moment.  This provides a similar experience if you watch poker streaming on Twitch, with one major difference being that Hunt is focusing deeply on strategy.

What I liked the most about the video series so far is that knockout tournaments have a different strategy than regular tournaments and sometimes it is difficult to judge whether going all-in or calling an opponent's all-in might be the right play.  It isn't as simple as figuring out your opponent's range and how your cards hold up against that since the bounty component complicates things.

While May is already more than halfway in the books, the best is perhaps yet to come at Tournament Poker Edge. Casey "bigdogpckt5s" Jarzabek, who is perhaps best known for winning the PokerStars Sunday Million in back-to-back weeks, will be releasing his latest video series entitled "48K GTD Win HH Review."

If you have ever watched Jarzabek on Twitch, you should know that not only will you learn a lot by listening to him explain the hands that helped him win this tournament, but you will be entertained as well.

Kyle "IGT" O'Neill is also getting into the mix in the second half of May with a series best suited for the lower-stakes player entitled "IGT Goes Live Micro/Low."  If you are a regular in these games, you should definitely check it out considering lower stakes games require a different strategy than some of the bigger games.

With so much going on at Tournament Poker Edge in May, there is no better time to check tHEM out.  A subscription at the training site should prove very affordable at $39.95 per month, $99.95 per quarter, or $299.95 per year.  If the training site helps you go deeper in just one tournament, it could prove to be the best investment you ever made.
