While not as feature filled as its cousin, Full Tilt Shortcuts (from the same company), Full Tilt table opener is $25 well spent for a cash game grinder who spends a lot of time on Full Tilt. This program doesn't just automate the buy-in process, it will keep you stack at whatever level you choose, keep the correct number of tables open, and automate the entire process quickly and easily.

While there are free AHK scripts out there that will handle many of the same tasks, none of them handle as many of the important things as FTTO and for $25 it is a grinder's dream. It takes up almost no processing power, runs in the background, and leaves you free to play poker instead of clicking on lobbies and dialog boxes.
