The Premium edition of PokerTableRatings (PTR) offers some of the most in-depth tools available anywhere in the industry that are, for the most part, exclusive to the site.  Some of the main tools include leaderboards, a poker buddy list, a player profile search, a real-time table finder, a hand history HUD booster, and a WebHUD.  Within many of these sections, Premium access contains in-depth stats and information, all sortable and available at the click of a mouse button.



The leaderboards let you stay current with cash game world’s biggest winners and losers.  The filters let you sort by poker site, game, limits (No Limit, Fixed Limit, Cap, Pot), stakes, and date range (today, week, month, year, all-time).  Since most online poker players have a background in gaming, this leaderboard is a place for you to check out who is winning and see how you stack up with players at your preferred game and stakes.  You can also check out the reports, which offer the top countries, biggest pots, best tables, and the Ultimate Grinder Leaderboard.

The buddy list was revamped for Premium access members and allows you to put in the name of any online poker player who plays at one of the supported sites.  The buddy list has rollover effects that tell you not only what tables the player is seated at, but also session stats and other detailed information.  This is very helpful because you can profile if you happen to be hunting down some of your favorite ATMs.

Perhaps the most used feature on the site is the player profile search.  The basic access gives you an overview of how they are faring by game stake.  The Premium level gives you information that you can find nowhere else.  Tapping into the millions of hands in its database, PTR Premium shows you detailed player stats broken out by street and sortable by specific stakes and date ranges:



For example, if you bring up a player, their Premium profile will contain their total hands, win-rate, and a ton of vital statistics.  VPIP, PFR, 3bet, fold to 3bet, 4bet, you name it; it’s all in here.  You can go further by clicking on Results, Positions, Vs, and Compare to go even further.  Using the Compare button allows you to put two players side by side for a total comparison of every stat in the Premium analysis.  This review would be thousands of words long just to cover this section of the site.  To say this is where a ton of value for your Premium access is found is a major understatement.

There’s a lot more to enjoy with PTR Premium, including the revamped replayer that lets you replay an entire session and sort through specific hands.  The WebHUD brings up a utility that gives you information on players if you don’t have any within your existing HUD.  The real-time table finder sorts through all of the tables at your given game, limit, and stakes and lets you know which are the juiciest to sit at:



Overall, there’s probably no other site on the internet that gives you the kind of value that PTR Premium offers its members.  The information is extremely valuable to players or, at the very least, highly interesting to those that study the game.  To be sure, any player with access to PTR Premium has a huge leg up on those that don’t.
